If you've got a group of core users interested in starting a Q&A site

We also share a lot of goals (and some contributors) with a similar
project, TopAnswers. You may also want to consider participating in

FAQ

What is this?

Codidact is a community-driven, non-profit-focused network of
knowledge sharing websites. Our guiding principle is "For the
community, by the community". See our project homepage for more
information.

Do you have an idea for a community?

Do you have a community that is in need of Q&A software? If you can
bring a core group of users, we'll host a site for you. Please
suggest it on our Meta site by posting in the Site Suggestions
category.

How can I contribute?

Anyone can contribute to Q&A on any of our sites: Create an account
and you're good to go!
If you want to help with the code, we're currently developing in Ruby
on Rails, which is what these sites are running on right now. If you
want to contribute, you can visit us on GitHub.
