The low download speed you're seeing probably comes from the fact that there are few people seeding and even then their connection might not be the best. As from an outsiders perspective there is no way to differentiate whether no client has the data or whether all clients of a specific file are offline, an always on setup is preferred. As this is not always possible like in your case, having the torrent open and ready to seed whenever your PC is on is basically the next best solution. Finally make sure that you don't have seed ratio limit turned on. I set my estimate high because, at random, the total will be about 100GB*10=1TB. 77TB/850 = 90GB, so all the estimates are slightly or strongly under.
