About Reflect

Reflect (https://reflect.run) is a no-code testing platform for web
applications. Developers and QA testers use Reflect to create
end-to-end tests for their web apps, and we let them do it 10x-100x
faster than traditional code-based tools.

With the ubiquity of web technologies, and with so much of our
day-to-day work going digital, it's more essential than ever to
provide software teams with better tools to ship software faster and
with higher quality. One critical component to delivering software
fast and with high quality is testing. With Reflect, our goal is
simple: to be the best platform for end-to-end testing web
applications.

About the role

As Reflect's first Account Executive and first sales hire, you'll
have the opportunity to make a huge impact at a fast-growing startup.
We're early stage, but we've done the work to set you up for success
in this role. Our product has significant early traction, happy
customers, and through founder-led sales we've been able to prove out
the repeatability of our sales motion.

In this role, you'll be responsible for both generating a sales
pipeline as well as closing deals (e.g. "full stack sales"). You'll
be the primary point of contact for new prospects and will be tasked
with making a consultative sale, educating prospects on the benefits
of our product and its ability to meet their business needs.

This role reports directly to one of the co-founders, and has the
opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  * Source leads and engage with prospects from first touch to close.
  * Prepare and present engaging product demos.
  * Become an expert in our product, as well as become well-versed in
    the needs of our customers and the limitations of existing
    solutions.

About You:

  * 2-5 years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider,
    with a record of top performance.
  * Previous experience in outbound prospecting.
  * Detail-oriented.
  * Collaborative.
  * Strong communicator that is comfortable making a technical sale.
  * Self-starter with the innate ability to identify problems, come
    up with creative solutions, and build processes around it.
