Hashnix makes no guarantees about the reliability or preservation of user  
accounts, email sent or received and files uploaded or created by  
online editing or compilation. That being said, Hashnix performs  
regular backups and will restore from those backups as quickly as  
possible in the event of a catastrophic failure. Members are expected  
to conduct themselves in an appropriate and reasonable manner when  
using our facilities. Your cooperation and care in the use of all  
aspects of Hashnix is greatly appreciated.

The following activities listed are strictly prohibited and will be met  
with account termination once identified and contained.

**Illegal activities not allowed, which include, but are not limited to:**

*   E-mail spamming
    
*   Portflooding
    
*   Unauthorized portscanning
    
*   Unauthorized encryption cracking
    
*   Unauthorized storing, distribution of copyrighted/illicit data
    
*   Distribution and/or manufacturing of child and criminal sexual abuse material  
    (or other such material deemed human rights violations, trafficking, “snuff”, etc.)
    
*   Unauthorized connections to remote hosts
    

Hashnix is hosted in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and all content posted on it must  
abide by all relevant municipal, provincial and federal laws, as well as the laws  
of your relevant jurisdiction.

We will not tolerate \***ANY**\* violations of our acceptable use policy. We are a public service  
that strives to remain as open and anonymous as possible, but we will take strict measures  
to prevent misuse of our systems.  
  
At Hashnix, we believe firmly in freedom of speech. We also firmly believe that bigotry,  
harassment, and threats do not fall under the category of "free speech”; your hostile  
antisocial ideas are -not- wanted here. Hashnix has a zero-tolerance policy towards such actions  
and will permanently ban/terminate any user who engages in them; all user data including files,  
e-mails, etc. will be subject to complete deletion effective immediately. If you are the kind of  
individual who believes bigotry, harassment, and threats are acceptable, please go to 4chan instead.  
  
If you have received unsolicited email directly from our systems OR someone has sent/  
posted a message which REFERENCES an email address or URL associated with our organization,  
please email the entire message (including SMTP or NNTP headers  
and/or logfiles with your time zone information) to [support@hashnix.club](mailto:support@hashnix.club)  
  
We will promptly act to resolve the issue and you may or may not receive a response from us.  
(Be aware that spam exists designed to spoof an address which may be REFERENCED as a reply  
address or as a REDIRECT URL rather than a genuine sender address)  
  
We will respond quickly to remedy the situation and pass on  
information to the offender's downstream provider(s)
