What is the meaning of repentance? In the greek, the word means a change of mind, such as leads one to confess all his sins, forsake them and turn to God.
THE time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Mark 1:15.
THEN Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38.
Have you repented, and are you ready for the blessing God has for you?
REPENT ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Acts 3:19.
God is commanding us to repent.
