IT is strange how any boy or girl should feel he or she is too young to trust in the Saviour, when there is so much in the Bible to encourage the children to come.
BUT Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:14.
REMEMBER now thy Creator in the days of thy youth.
Ecclesiastes 12:1.
I LOVE them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Proverbs 8:17.
VERILY I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18:3.
AND when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
Luke 2:42.
Here we read of Christ taking an active part in service for His heavenly Father when only twelve.
AND that from a child thou hast known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
II Timothy 3:15
Here Paul says that Timothy when only a child knew the way of life from the Scriptures.
BUT seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33.
Seek the Kingdom “first,” not after a part of your life has been spent.
BEHOLD now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
II Corinthians 6:2.
Who will say, that an intelligent boy or girl reading this verse will not understand it?
