Excuses.
I am TOO GREAT a sinner.

It is refreshing to find one who feels that he is a great sinner, as most people have a very good opinion of themselves. When one sees his or her sins, and cries to God, he or she has every assurance that there is forgiveness.

THIS is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

I Timothy 1:15.

FOR the Son of man is come to seek and save that which was lost.

Luke 19:10.

The fact that you are a sinner assures you that you may be saved, because Christ came to save sinners; and if you confess and forsake sin you have God’s Word for it that you are forgiven.

LET the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

Isaiah 55:7.

HE that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Proverbs 28:13.

FOR whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:13.

WHOSOEVER will, let him take the water of life freely.

Revelation 22:17.

Whosoever means any one, and you too."

HIM that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

John 6:37.

Here is the plain promise that “if you come”, you will not be “cast out.” Will you come?

WHEREFORE He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him.

Hebrews 7:25.

If you are among the “uttermost” ones, come now and rejoice in a full salvation.
