Jesus came to save sinners, and not the righteous!
BUT when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Matthew 9:12-13.
NOT by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
Titus 3:5.
LET the wicked forsake his way (that’s your part), and the unrighteous man his thoughts (that’s your part): and let him return unto the Lord (that’s your part), and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (God’s part.)
