"I see no HARM in them"

LOVE not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

I Corinthians 8:13

Paul was willing to give up meat for the sake of others. Can you not give up something?

AND whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Colossians 3:17.

WHETHER therefore ye eat, or drink or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

I Corinthians 10:31

BE YE not unequally yoked together with unbelievers.

II Corinthians 6:14.

NO man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other, Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Matthew 6:24.

YE adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God.

I Corinthians 3:16, 17.

DO you think that you could retain the Holy Spirit while on a Ball Room floor? Would that not be defiling the temple of the Holy Spirit? Your body is that temple.

THEY profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Titus 1:16.

When you are on a dance floor or sitting at the card table, are you confessing Christ by your works? Could you invite Him to join you? Can you ask a blessing on it.

BE careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God.

Philippians 4:6.

Do you dance and play cards for the glory of God?

BE ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? and what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God:

II Corinthians 6:14-16.

Some say: “All my friends dance, and my pastor does not object to our dances.”

I must say with Paul:

IF any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
