Readme notes for version 1.08

Corrected issue when 3Com Network Supervisor (3NS) attempts to discover the Building-
to-Building Bridge and the bridge hangs.  
 

Installation instructions:

See in the Users Guide the section "Updating the Bridge Firmware".  
There is only one file to upgrade.  That file is B2B_1_08.rmu.
