The RTL8139 chip is quite widespread, and used for plenty of PCI network
       card designs. It's one of the cheaper technologies in its category, too,
       and usually requires a very small amount of electronic elements to make a
       networking card, which makes it also very robust.
       Provides a 10/100 Mbps ethernet connectivity. Can be used under DOS with
       the RTSPKT packet driver (uses 26K of RAM, can be loaded high).
