Niagara-bound lanes of Burlington Skyway Bridge to close Friday night
after postponement

   After repeated weather-related postponements, all Niagara-bound
   lanes on the Burlington Skyway Bridge will be closed Friday
   night, Ontario's Ministry of Transportation says.
   Rehabilitation work was postponed last week and again last
   night due to weather.
   Now, all lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. tonight to 6 a.m.
   Saturday.
   Then, for three nights in a row starting April 19, two lanes on
   the bridge and north of it will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6
   a.m.
   The Ministry of Transportation says these closures are weather
   dependent and signs will warn drivers. An alternate route
   through the QEW Niagara‑bound collectors to Eastport Drive will
   remain open.
   As of Friday afternoon, Environment Canada forecasts rain in
   Burlington, Ont., on Saturday and a 40 per cent chance of rain
   Sunday.
