Warning: known to undercook sometimes. New way to cook salmon: Vacuum packed fillet, 2 minutes then 6 minutes with the pack in a bowl of water in the microwave at 100% power on a 700w oven. Your microwave may vary. Open the pack & drain. The result should be roughly the same color as your salmon was, should be moist, and should flake just like stove cooked except for the gelatinosity. Garnish with salt, pepper, tomato slice, olive oil & thyme. Serve.
