       I eat a lot of bread, fermented foods, spicy soups and stews. Dumplings are a favorite treat--love them with crispy chili oil. - ROYGBYTE

       There's this thing I like to do where I boil and shred chicken, then use the chicken water as a broth base for soup.  I love that a night's cooking makes two separate meals.
