It is so damn hot outside, over 100 F every day.

I am going to try and get back to blogging a bit.  I doubt anyone reads this
crap anyway but this is just for me to express myself a bit.

Teaching has started up for the Fall 2020 semester.  And of course it is
all online because of the 'rona.  I really dislike teaching online but
I am trying to make it as "real" for my students as possible.

I teach at two big public universities, UTSA and TAMUSA.  This is on top of
my full time job at IBM.  I am really blessed to be able to basically have
three jobs.  But it takes a lot out of me.  This semester I teach every
weekday evening, and it kind of sucks.  

At IBM I am very blessed to have a wonderful team to lead.  They're all super
smart, which is perfect because I believe that one of the keys to success
of a leader is to have people working for you that are smarter than you.

On another topic, I really wish I could find a community of Catholic men
who are NOT crazy Trump supporters.  I'm pro-life but consider it a 
horrible mistake to support anything or anyone in today's Republican
party.
