You might have already figured out that I like privacy respecting 
frontends, after the publication of my article about *4Get*. Therefore, 
the appearance of an article about a privacy respecting proxy for 
watching Youtube videos without letting Google analyze your browsing 
habits should surprise nobody. Enter *Ad Busters*, an article about 
*Piped*, published on Linux Magazine #294(!).

What most users will like about *Piped*, however, is not its privacy 
benefits, but the fact it lets you watch Youtube without 
advertisements. *Piped* is not the only software of its kind - after 
all, *Invidious* is way more popular - but I find it much better than 
the alternatives when you want to host a Youtube frontend for yourself 
and a small group of friends.
