Do not begin by asking what you should post.

Ask what should exist.

Give the site a front door. Give it rooms. Decide what is permanent and what is
changing. Build an index for the things worth remembering. Link to the strange
people who helped you discover the subject. Put raw notes somewhere. Preserve
old versions when they are interesting.

Let visitors choose where to go.

Some pages should be useful. Some should be funny. Some can simply prove that
the Web is allowed to be weird.

If the whole project can be represented perfectly as a social profile, you may
not have made a website yet.
