A pontoon somewhere past the dark.
A television flickering through a window.

23:48 western clouds reflect light from above.
23:52 FM receivers lose stereo separation.
23:53 a narrow silver object crosses the cloud base without
appearing to move between positions.

Nobody on the pontoon reports seeing it.

The dog does.
