Remember when Facebook let us control our feed?

 I hate what social media has become. All we want to do is share stories and photos with friends/family/interest-groups. Instead, we review manipulated content and targetted ads. I ran a number of close-knit Internet forums around 2000. Nothing about those real-life groups was intentionally toxic to insight views/clicks. Large amounts of communications between a large number of people are easy to manipulate and monetize, thus will be manipulated for profit.

Block all ads, ignore all shares, do everything you can to discredit the algorithms until something better comes along.
