STAR FORTS, ORPHAN TRAINS AND OTHER BORROWED EVIDENCE

Modern Tartaria compilations often gather unrelated historical subjects into
one montage. Each subject deserves its own history before it is asked to
support a much larger story.

STAR FORTS

The angular fort is not a mysterious architectural signature. It is a
military answer to gunpowder and artillery.

The bastion system projects diamond or angled points from the walls. Those
points let defenders fire along the faces of neighboring walls, producing
interlocking fields of fire and reducing blind spots. The surrounding ditch,
earthworks and low profile were part of the same defensive geometry.

The National Park Service explains the Castillo de San Marcos as a masonry
bastion fort whose design developed in response to cannon fire. Its HABS
record dates construction to 1672-1756 and identifies coquina construction.
An 1860 Library of Congress scan of Dennis Hart Mahan's field-fortification
treatise even has chapters titled "The Star Fort" and "The Bastion Fort."

Similar geometry appears in many countries because artillery creates similar
problems. Convergent engineering is not evidence of one hidden global
civilization. It is evidence that military engineers understood angles.

ORPHAN TRAINS

Orphan trains were real. The Children's Aid Society and related programs
relocated children from crowded Eastern cities to homes and institutions in
the Midwest and West from the 1850s into the early 20th century. Many children
were poor or immigrant children rather than orphans in the narrow sense.

The history includes genuine abuses. Some children were treated as labor,
some placements failed, and the program reflected contested ideas about race,
poverty, family and social control. That difficult history should be studied
on its own terms.

It does not, by itself, demonstrate a population replacement after a global
reset. A real child-welfare movement can be misused as a prop in a false
unified explanation.

EMPTY STREETS AND OLD PHOTOGRAPHS

An empty-looking street photograph needs a photograph-by-photograph answer.
Exposure time, plate sensitivity, camera position, traffic, weather and the
photographer's purpose all matter. Some exposures were long. Some were not.
Some people are visible when the image is inspected at full resolution.

The correct move is not to repeat a universal camera myth. Find the original
catalog record and the process used for that image.

These subjects may overlap in a meme. They do not automatically overlap in
history.
