The ordinary AM broadcast is a recording with no tape. A weather report
mentions a road that was rerouted before the report was made. A caller
asks about a station that does not exist.

Under the broadcast is a three-tone pattern. It is the same pattern that
opened the Koshkonong field door.

The signal is not a ghost. It is a memory of a network event, still
being replayed because Node 19 never completed its return.
