THE ISOLATION PLAN

The isolation plan is not a repair. It assigns Node 19 a status the
network can recognize without allowing it to participate:

    NODE 19
    STATUS: MAINTENANCE ISOLATION

The severed relay remains severed. The local station remains present.
The network keeps a gap where synchronization expects a beat.

The plan requires the station ident to be sent inward and a temporary
one-way field return opened from the chamber.
