At the NITETIME.NET Garage, Channel 33 led to the Koshkonong Array. A
station identification opened a doorway in the lake. Beneath it, you
found a silver craft docked in a chamber of black resonators.

The craft was not invading. It was cancelling another transmission.
Its shield was degraded. Its map identified the Garage as Surface Node
608 and authorized you to carry a metal key marked:

    SIGNAL ACTIVE
    RETURN ONLY

You returned to the Garage. The terminal reported:

    INCIDENT 33 CLOSED
    KOSHKONONG SHIELD: ACTIVE
    SURFACE ACCESS AUTHORIZED
    RETURN WINDOW: 03:13 TOMORROW
    BRING KEY

The key fits the hatch below the workbench.
