THE RECEIVER

The receiver should not be on Channel 33. Channel 33 is not programmed
into it. Turning the dial does nothing. The display remains:

    33

There is a strip of masking tape underneath the receiver that you do
not remember putting there.

    IDENT ONLY. NO NAMES.

Behind the receiver is an old coax cable. It is not connected to the
antenna. It disappears through a hole in the workbench.
