Nitetime is a late-night independent network built around the idea
that the Internet can still be a place instead of a feed.

The center of gravity is Lake Koshkonong, Wisconsin. Around it are
video, live broadcasting, a BBS, IRC, a MUD, music, retro computing,
UFO mythology, weird art, old-Web experiments, and this Gopher
archive.

The aesthetic is garage radio, public-access television, Web 1.0,
Commodore computers, local folklore, storm clouds over the lake,
strange silver objects, and old equipment that still works.

The simplest explanation:

    A digital broadcast from a basement
    operating on its own sovereign frequency.
