So after a web search, I think the URL in the comic is a joke; https://electricbonescomic.com/ is the actual site (and live and online).

I've known the author of the humorous family shenanigans daily comic The Devil's Panties for decades. The website is subtitled, "It's not satanic pr0n!" Which seems like most of what you need to know about Jennie's struggles against THE MAN.
