(that is, the provided links are the sound files that the site plays when you spin the dog, or the commented-out previous songs that it used to play at some point in the past and you couldn't get by spinning the dog in any way right now.)

It seems that it doesn't deal with browser viewports properly. On firefox, the handle is offscreen. In Edge, the title is offscreen.

Yes. The same happens for me. With some resizing of the window I could get to the handle and spin it, but it's clearly meant for mobile touchscreen and not mouse control on a desktop computer. And I also expected it to play the song in reverse if the handle is spun in the other direction.
Still, a cute and funny idea.
