Stargate SG-1: Crossroads - Season 4, Episode 4
An old love of Teal'c approaches the SGC and the Tok'ra claiming that her Goa'uld symbiote has been convinced to defect with their help.
Shan'auc, one of Teal'c's old flames and priestess of Chulak claims to have taught her symbiote to despise the Goa'uld. The Tok'ra seem convinced of this, but there is still a reasonable amount of doubt from the others.

So I love more insight into Teal'c and his life. The Tok'ra though continue to be arrogant and likely overconfident pricks. You would think there would be a better method than just trusting Goa'uld to 'convert'. I did appreciate the joke about giving O'Neill the kiss and Carter the handshake from her dad.

I really liked the setup for this episode, though it definitely felt like the casting director(s) really went, "We got to sexy up this episode!" We get this weird nature vs nurture story, which to draw even more inference in terms of viewing it as a child rearing by having Shan'uac, a female jaffa, be the one who is "raising/rearing" the goa'uld symbiote, in imitation perhaps of a human mother.
I thought the challenge by Shan'auc to Teal'c that he had turned his back on his people, and how now there was an even greater weapon against the Goa'uld was a nice. Though, it feels as if there should have been a little more debate between losing his found family so suddenly!
