Starting a phlog for no other reason than to have one. Not sure it's needed
but whatever. Only update for today is creation of this phlog and a few other
updates to the hole. It'll build up. I hope. Maybe. The real question is, 
which direction should this go? Next post above or below? Above I reckon.

Addition:
Totally forgot writing earlier that the eclipse was this evening. First I've
seen, and while not a total eclipse, it was pretty cool to see everything get
noticably darker. Built a cereal box indirect viewer which I used with my
daughter to watch the progress. Weirdest thing was dim light without the 
warm reds of sunset. EVerything was just darker and more grey.
