# Spiced Tea ## 'Chai Latte' Style (var1) 1/2 ltrs. of milk (3.8%) cinnamon (powdered) cloves (powdered) vanilla black pepper chili (either fresh or dried) ginger (fresh) turmeric (a.k.a. curcuma) allspice (a.k.a. pimento) Put the milk in a pot. Cut a small piece of ginger in very small cubes. Cut the chili. (Don't touch your eyes! even if it is a mild flavour). Put traces(!) of your favourite spices into the milk and heat it VERY gently. Stir gently from time to time and heat it up for 7 - 10 minutes. DON'T BOIL the milk. Use this spiced milk to spice up your black tea (or even your coffee). Serve it immediately. Be healthy!
