This is a pathetically simple function key that turns balloon help on or off.
  I'm sure someone out there has already written one of these, but I can't
  find it, so I wrote my own.  I can't put a copyright on two measly lines of
  code so I'm putting it in the public domain.

Yes, I know Apple frowns on FKEYs now, but I still think they are the coolest
  (and simplest) way of adding fuctionality to your Mac.

To install under 7.1 or later:
  Place this "font suitcase" in your Fonts folder.

To install under 7.0 or earlier:
  Have a utility like SuitCase or MasterJuggler open the file.

If you need to change the FKEY number (default is 8), use have to resort
  to using ResEdit.
