5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of precipitation near
100 percent. Wind chill values as low as zero. 
.SUNDAY...Sleet in the morning. Freezing rain. Precipitation may
be heavy at times in the morning. Additional sleet accumulation
up to 1 inch. Ice accumulation of one quarter to one half of an
