Weather Situation A high pressure system over the Bight extends a ridge of high pressure over most of the state and will persist over southern SA during today and Thursday. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure over the far northwest is expected to move along the northern border today. The trough will extend further south on Thursday then move eastwards across the west and south of SA on Friday. Another ridge of high pressure will move over the south over the weekend and the trough will move slowly northeastwards. Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 10 December Partly cloudy.
