Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin
Netanyahu have agreed to meet again in 10 -- 11 days within the region,
and every two weeks thereafter, according to U.S. Middle East diplomat
George Mitchell.  The two leaders are engaged in the first direct talks
between the nations in more than two years, hosted by Israel's ally the
United States in Washington, DC.
