Biden Meets Relatives of Black Man Shot by Police in Wisconsin

   Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden visited Kenosha, Wisconsin,
   Thursday, holding a community meeting in the wake of civil unrest
   spawned by the shooting of a Black man by a white police officer.

   Before arriving in the 100,000-resident Midwestern city along Lake
   Michigan, the former vice president met at the nearby Milwaukee airport
   with relatives of Jacob Blake, the Black man shot seven times in the
   back on August 23 as police attempted to arrest him in a domestic
   dispute.
