FBI: Hate Crime Incidents Rose 2.7% in 2019

   Hate crime incidents increased 2.7% last year, rising to their highest
   level in more than a decade, the FBI says in a new report.

   There were 7,314 hate crime incidents last year, up from 7,120 in 2018
   - the highest number of incidents since 2008, according to the report
   released on Monday.
