New US Army Museum Opens On Veterans Day

   ALEXANDRIA, VA. - For the first time,the United States Armyhasits own
   museum.

   The National Museum of the United StatesArmyopenson Veterans
   DayWednesdayin Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

   The Army is the only U.S.military servicethat did not havea national
   museum.

   Located32 kilometersfrom Washington, D.C., the museumtraces the history
   of thecountry's oldest military service,whichbegan245 years ago in1775.
