US to Exit International Military Surveillance Treaty

   WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump said Thursday he is pulling the
   United States out of the18-year-oldinternational Open Skies
   treatyallowing surveillance flights over other countries because
   Russiahas been violating it.

   The U.S. began notifying the other 33signatories to the accord that it
   was giving the required sixmonths' notice to leave.
