Trump Says Coronavirus Testing Will 'Happen Soon' on Large Scale , 'Red Tape'

   U.S. President Donald Trump said on Twitter Friday morning that there
   will soon be COVID testing "on a very large scale basis." He added that
   "All the Red Tape has been cut," but he did not give any details or
   indication about when or how the testing would begin.

   He said the Centers for Disease Control had "looked at, and studied,
   its testing system, but did nothing about It." He added that "President
   Obama made changes that only complicated things further." Trump did not
   provide any evidence about the changes he attributed to his
   predecessor.
