Floyd's funeral and burial will take place Tuesday. An aide for former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said the Democratic presidential candidate plannedto travel to Houston to meet with Floyd's family and to give a video message at the funeral. President Donald Trump on Sunday ordered National Guard troops to start withdrawing from the nation's capital after they deployed there to assist law enforcement. Similar withdrawals arehappeningin other states with protests in recent daystaking place withfewclashes between demonstrators and authorities.
