Taliban Deny Prisoner Release Progress

   ISLAMABAD - The Taliban denied news reports Thursday that they have
   agreed to an alternative list of prisoners to break a deadlock over
   prisoner exchange which is holding back the start of negotiations to
   reach a political settlement.
