North Korea: US Must 'Unconditionally Accept Our Demands'

   SEOUL - North Korea will not resume nuclear talks unless the United
   States unconditionally accepts its demands, a senior North Korean
   official said Saturday.

   "We have wasted our time with U.S. for more than a year and a half,"
   said Kim Kye Gwan, a North Korean vice foreign minister, according to
   the official Korean Central News Agency.
