Isaias Blasts US Atlantic Coast

   Tropical Storm Isaias is tearing across central New York state and New
   England after quickly moving through the mid-Atlantic region of the
   U.S., leaving at least four dead.

   The National Hurricane Center has posted tropical storm warnings from
   Manasquan Inlet New Jersey to Stonington, Maine, Long Island and Long
   Island Sound, and Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Block Island.

   Isaias is forecast to bring heavy rain, strong winds, and possible
   tornadoes to areas that rarely see twisters.
