US Military Removes Officer Who Sounded Covid-19 Alarm on USS Roosevelt

   WASHINGTON - The U.S. Navy has relieved the captain of the USS Theodore
   Roosevelt aircraft carrier who sounded the alarm about a coronavirus
   outbreak onboard.

   Acting Navy Secretary ThomasModlytold reporters at the Pentagon on
   Thursday that Captain Brett Crozierwould be replaced with Rear
   Admiral-selectCarlosSardiello, the ship's former captain.
