2 Shot, 2 Arrested at Toronto Raptors Victory Celebration

   Shots rang out at the Canadian professional basketball team's victory
   parade Monday, scattering the crowd of tens of thousands celebrating
   the Toronto Raptors NBA championship victory.

   Toronto police said two people suffered serious but not
   life-threatening injuries and two people were arrested.

   Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was among the guests at the celebration
   in front of City Hall, which continued despite the shooting.

   Earlier in the day, Mayor John Tory urged every resident to come
   celebrate the Raptors' first championship and declared this "We The
   North Day" in Toronto, after the franchise's slogan.
