Tornado Hits Cuba's Capital

   A tornado hit Cuba's capital Sunday night, killing three people and
   injuring 172.

   President Miguel Diaz-Canel toured affected areas of Havana early
   Monday.

   He posted on Twitter that the "damage is severe."

   'Havana residents said the tornado sounded like a "jet engine" as it
   churned through the capital's neighborhoods.
