Two Blasts Rock Afghan Capital by VOA News Authorities say two explosions have hit Afghanistan's capital. "We have three martyred and six wounded, all civilians," Kabul Police Chief Dawood Amin told the French news agency Monday. However, other reports put the number of killed at six, with 14 wounded. The Associated Press says one of those killed was a journalist. Official say the blasts rocked central Kabul, an area that houses foreign offices and Afghanistan's spy agency.
