At Least 3 Shot Dead Near California Elementary School

   At least three people were killed and two children injured in a
   shooting which began in a home and ended at an elementary school in
   Northern California on Tuesday.

   The shooter was killed by police, according to local officials.

   Local reports say multiple shots were fired near Rancho Tehama
   Elementary School around 8 a.m.

   Five areas around the school are being investigated, and surrounding
   main roads have been closed off, local media reported.
