Britain Parliament Attack Aftermath

   Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May struck a defiant tone Thursday, in
   remarks to Parliament after a British man identified as Khalid Masood,
   52, rammed his car into pedestrians near the British Parliament.
   Flowers with messages have been left at the scene in memory of the
   victims.
