   On the eve of Friday's presidential inauguration, security was high
   around the U.S. Capitol and near the National Mall. Fencing and
   barricades are in place. Several hundred thousand people are expected
   to attend the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump in
   Washington, D.C.
